INC TECHNOLOGY LIMITED are here to provide a service, with expertise tailored specifically to your best needs. We have technicians available at competitive hourly rates or a service contract for companies not wishing to maintain an in-house IT Dept. but needing regular performance maintenance. We are able to detect potential problems in advance and correct dangerous issues before they cause any harm or destroy your data. You trouble free, computer operation is our priority.
Our staff will spend up to 3 hours each month for an on-site service:

System Check –ensure your systems and network whether working properly.

Check for signs of virus and other malware.
This service contract includes:

Virus Check – scan virus, virus package update.

System check- ensure your systems are performing itstasks.

When problems occur, we will notify you and give you the best and possible solution to choose from.
This service contract is being divided into three different areas of checkup:

Check all services: make sure everything is running properly in server, report on server status and give recommendations.

Manual virus Scan/ spy ware /Ad ware/ scan.

Respond to support requests as needed.

Terms and Conditions:

Service charges are subject to change depending on the repair difficulties All services time varies from 1 to 10 days depending on the repair difficulties.

Those prices do not include parts replacement fees.

It is your responsibility to back up your data before service; we do not take any responsibility for any data loss.

We provide 3 month warranty for any hard ware repair, 3 days warranty for the exactly same software issue and 1 month warranty for thelaptop with the same problem.
